About this file
This document contains a subcontractor consent form template and details of a solicitation for multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity construction contracts. The subcontractor consent form allows the government to discuss past performance information with prime contractors for Solicitation 47PH0818R0004. This solicitation from the General Services Administration seeks small business contractors to provide general construction, repair, alteration, and design-build services. Services will be acquired through task orders up to $3.5 million individually and $5 million in total annually. The base contracts will have one-year terms with four optional one-year extensions. Evaluation will prioritize past performance and hypothetical project responses, with technical factors significantly weighing more than price. The government aims to award up to six contracts for each of thirteen geographic zones covering five states. Responses are due as detailed on FBO.gov.
