The project encompasses surface restoration, asphalt patching, traffic maintenance, and arboricultural mitigation for impacted trees. A mandatory pre-bid meeting was conducted on July 23, 2025, via Microsoft Teams, indicating a structured procurement process with specific technical and logistical requirements for potential contractors.
