About this file
This document summarizes technical changes made to a solicitation for worldwide protective services. The solicitation seeks proposals for multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts to provide armed personal protective, static guard, and emergency response security services globally in support of the U.S. Department of State. Key details include a one-year base period and nine one-year options, a maximum $15 billion ceiling, and services required in high-threat overseas locations. Offerors must demonstrate experience providing all three security services in a high-risk environment outside the U.S., including one contract valued over $10 million annually serving multiple locations with 75 personnel. The document outlines membership requirements with the International Code of Conduct Association and possession of a Top Secret facility clearance. The response time is approximately 30 days with questions due within five days of the virtual pre-proposal conference.
