| Exhibit 2.1.0 Baghdad PWS | The STO documents would imply that the work in scope for the Baghdad TO is the BEC and BDSC work currently being performed under the WPS II BEC TO. Will the Government confirm that the STO equates to the BEC TO and does not include the scope of the current WPS II Baghdad Mobile TO? | Exhibit 2.1.0 Baghdad PWS – The Sample Task Order (STO) was developed as a hybrid TO that does not directly reflect any current Task Order in WPS II, or projected TO in WPS III. The STO encompasses the core security functions of the WPS program, with intent for a comprehensive technical and pricing response for evaluation at the IDIQ level. |
