About this file
This document is an attachment to a federal transportation contract for shuttle bus services, specifically for NAS Sigonella (Naval Air Station) in Italy. The attachment contains five key sections: Definitions and Acronyms, References and Technical Documents, Shuttle Bus Schedules, Shuttle Bus Stop Maps, and a Shuttle Bus Services Satisfaction Survey Sample. Notable definitions include "Abnormal Wear and Tear" with specific criteria for bus damage, and "Dispatch Hour" pricing that covers operator wages, vehicle costs, and associated expenses.
The contract references include DoD 4500.36 for non-tactical vehicle management, NAVFAC P-300 for civil engineering support equipment, and Italian transportation regulations. The attachments reference separate Excel and PDF files for weekly shuttle bus schedules covering January to December, ICR Area Orientation Field Trips for FY25, bus stop maps, and a satisfaction survey sample. The documentation suggests a comprehensive shuttle bus service contract with detailed operational and performance requirements for transportation services at a military installation in Italy.
