Quality Control, Timely Performance, Effectiveness of Management, Compliance with Labor Standards, and Compliance with Safety Standards.

The Contractor will be advised of any unsatisfactory rating, either in an individual element or in the overall rating, prior to completing the evaluation, and all Contractor comments will be maintained as part of the official record. Performance Evaluation Reports will be available to all DOD contracting offices for their future use in determining

Contractor responsibility, in compliance with FAR 36.201 (c).

c. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires that Past

Performance Information (PPI) be collected on DoD contracts. The

Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) is a web-enabled application the supports the completion, distribution and retrieval of all contract performance evaluations. Contractor

Representative is responsible for reviewing and commenting on evaluations submitted on the Contractor Performance Assessment

Reporting System (CPARS) website at https://www.cpars.gov/index.htm.

Once this is accomplished, notify the Government that the facility is ready for the Government "Pre-Final Inspection".

1.15.2 Pre-Final Inspection

The Government and QCM will perform this inspection to verify that the work area(s) is complete. A Government "Pre-Final Punch List" will be documented by the CQM as a result of this inspection. The QC Manager will ensure that all items on this list are corrected prior to notifying the

Government that a "Final" inspection with the Client can be scheduled. Any items noted on the "Pre-Final" inspection must be corrected in a timely manner and be accomplished before the contract completion date for the work,or any particular increment thereof, if the project is divided into increments by separate completion dates.

1.15.3 Final Acceptance Inspection

Notify the Contracting Officer at least 14 calendar days prior to the date

SECTION 01 45 00.00 20 Page 11 a final acceptance inspection can be held.
