Evaluation criteria are cost (50 percent), claims processing capabilities (20 percent), integrated systems and technology (10 percent), network adequacy (10 percent), and past performance (10 percent). Proposers must provide three current and two former references demonstrating experience with similar-sized government entities.
Contractors must maintain workers' compensation and general liability insurance with the City listed as additional insured, complete Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295, and comply with HUB requirements, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and applicable state and local regulations.
