About this opportunity
Washington County Department of Land Use & Transportation is requesting bids for ADA curb-ramp upgrades at intersections in the East #1 project under ITB 2026.085-LUT CPS PRJ-00116316, with bids due September 23, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. via the County's OpenGov Procurement Portal. Bidders must be prequalified by the Oregon Department of Transportation and licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractor's Board under ORS 701.026, effective on or before the bid opening date — a mandatory qualification filter.
The scope includes constructing curb-ramp upgrades at intersections, minor adjustments to public utility systems, and incidental work as specified in project documents. All bids must include a residency statement per ORS 279C.365 and a bid guaranty (bond, irrevocable letter of credit from an insured institution, certified check, or cashier's check) equal to at least ten percent of the total bid amount. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage requirements under ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 276a and submit a First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure Form no later than two work hours after the bid deadline via the OpenGov Procurement site. Asbestos licensing is not required.
The project cost range is $500,000 to $1.5 million. Bid documents are available at no cost through the OpenGov Procurement website beginning September 7, 2026; paper copies will not be distributed. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Bidders must download all addenda from the procurement website prior to submission. Bid opening will be held remotely via Microsoft Teams video conference with public attendance available. Questions must be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Portal Question/Answer feature, with replies posted on the portal.
