The new boiler facility will accommodate three 6,700 MBH fire tube boilers with dual-fuel capability, serving multiple campus buildings with consolidated heating and hot water services. Proposals must be submitted electronically in two volumes containing technical evaluation documentation and detailed pricing information by the March 12, 2026 deadline.
