Aleut Field Services LLC; MedVolt, LLC; Olgoonik Enterprises LLC; Site Work Solutions; Sky Blue RME JV, LLC (a Joint Venture comprised of Sky Blue Builders, LLC and Rocky Mountain Excavating, Inc.); and T1-Avery JV (a Joint Venture comprised of Tribal One Broadband Technologies, LLC and Avery Asphalt, Inc.).
(16) Description. Services required for this acquisition include the construction and maintenance of roadways, bridges, sidewalks, parking areas, airfields and runways to include subsequent services are typical activities that promote safe and efficient transportation, which are an integral support function to the readiness of Air Force, Army, military and civil service, and contractor organizations and personnel. NAICS 237310 "Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction" covers the following:
• Airport runway construction
• Highway line painting
• Causeway construction
• Painting traffic lanes or parking lot lines
• Culverts, highway, road, and street, construction
• Pothole filling, highway, road, street, or bridge
• Elevated highway construction
• Resurfacing, highway, road, street, or bridge
• Guardrail construction
• Sign erection, highway, road, street, or bridge
The awarded contracts are multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contracts. A total of six (6) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) awards were made with a combined ceiling value of $200,000,000. The period of performance for the new MATOCs is 2 March 2019 through 1 March 2026, with an initial five (5)-year ordering period from 2019 to 2024 followed by a single, two (2)-year option period from 2024 to 2026.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.

Work will be performed at various locations in Colorado to include Buckley Air Force Base, Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, Fort Carson Army Post (to include Piñon Canyon and the Pueblo Chemical Depot), Peterson Air Force Base, Schriever Air Force Base, and the United States Air Force Academy (to include the Farish Memorial Recreation Area, and the Bulls Eye Auxiliary Airfield).

The proposed types of contracts are multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contracts. A maximum of six (6) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) are anticipated with a combined ceiling value of $200,000,000.
The 50th Contracting Squadron intends to award a maximum of six (6) MATOCs with a period of performance anticipated to be 19 Sep 18 - 18 Sep 25, with an initial five (5) year ordering period from 19 Sep 18 - 18 Sep 23, followed by a single, two (2)-year option period from 19 Sep 23 to 18 Sep 25.
Questions in response to this solicitation are due, in writing via e-mail, to the PCO as well as the primary and secondary points of contact not later than 13 March 2018 at 8:00 AM Mountain Time.
Physical copies of the solicitation and all accompanying specifications will not be provided. All documents for this project have been uploaded to https://www.fbo.gov.
The contractor shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 and acknowledge and/or sign all amendments at the time and place specified in the solicitation for receipt of proposals. All proposals shall be delivered in the method and by the time specified in the SF 1442.
