Solicitation questions through December 18
1. I am having problems opening both Amendment 1 and the originally posted Prototypical documents. It is stating that I need to fill out a DD2345 form, mail it in, and wait 30 days for approval. Is this right? Do I really need to mail it in? What do I do in the meantime?
Answer: Yes and no. Yes you should mail it in as the form states to the address listed on the form. It will take 30 days or more for this approval but you will still be able to access the prototypical documents without the approval for this project. The reason you should still mail it in and get your approval is if you need to access “locked export controlled” documents for any other solicitation, you would need this approval and better to get it started now than be in this situation again later. We will be posting these documents out unlocked so we won’t have this problem with this solicitation, since I mistakenly posted the documents with two different controls, which is why we are running into this problem.
2. Do you have a list of local qualified subcontractors and suppliers that are familiar with Camp Atterbury Procedures?
Answer: No, we do not keep a list of subcontractors or suppliers.
3. Do you have a list of local qualified subcontractors and suppliers that are certified MBE/WBE that have completed work on site on previous projects?
Answer: No, we do not keep a list of subcontractors or suppliers and we do not track what type of business the subs and suppliers are.
4. Do you have list of contractors/subcontractors that are currently approved to work on site based upon the previous MATOC contract system?
Answer: Our current MATOC contracts are: Dunlap & Co, Garmong Construction Services, Bruns-Gutzwiller Inc, Davis and Associates, Beau Mitchell Corp, Custom Mechanical Systems CMS, Driftwood Builders, Synergid Commercial, Patterson Horth, Hannig Construction, Graves Plumbing Co, Jungclaus-Campbell Co, CDI Inc, TMG Services Inc, JDH Contracting Inc, Roederer Construction, and Lee & Ryan.
5. Would the competing contractor for this new MATOC system be able to obtain copies of the lists above from questions 2, 3, or 4, if available?
Answer: The current MATOC list is above and there is no subcontractor list.
6. If these list above are available, could we receive copies of these lists?
Answer: See above
