About this file

This document is an Appendix B to a larger government file, and it describes the requirements for operating a Phantom Supply Support Activity (SSA) at Fort Cavazos, Texas. The Phantom SSA is operated by the EAGLE contractor to provide supply support to III Corps separate tactical units that do not have an organic tactical SSA on Fort Cavazos. The contractor is required to perform a full range of supply functions including receiving, warehousing, issuing, and inventory management using GCSS-Army. The contractor must maintain approximately 4,000 lines of authorized to forecast (ATF) repair parts, components, and modules. The Phantom SSA operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., but the contractor must have the capability to surge operations to 7 days per week and 24-hour access to support deploy-able customers. The Accountable Officer from AFSBn-Cavazos will provide contract oversight and government quality surveillance for the Phantom SSA operation.
