About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that outlines the reporting requirements for a federal contract opportunity. The CDRL lists various monthly, quarterly, and as-required reports that the contractor must submit, such as a Burn Rate Report, Contractor Employee Information, Contingency Plan, Transition Plan, and reports related to maintenance, supply, and transportation services. The reports must be submitted in specific government-provided formats and by certain deadlines, typically within 5-60 days of contract start or changes. The CDRL also includes details on the Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) reporting requirements, which must be submitted electronically in a prescribed format. The related federal contract opportunity is for maintenance, supply, and transportation services at Fort Cavazos, Texas, solicited by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal.
