About this file

This is a Specification document for the B403 Cyber Repair project (Contract No. PBXP222050) at the 179th Civil Engineering Squadron, Mansfield Lahm ANG Base, Ohio, prepared by Jacobs Government Services Company. The specifications cover Divisions 09-25 of construction work and are organized according to the 2024 International Building Code as modified by UFC 1-200-01.

The document contains detailed technical specifications across multiple construction divisions including finishes (gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, static-control flooring), specialties, equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC systems, integrated automation with cybersecurity controls, and electrical/communications systems. Key product requirements include: gypsum board with minimum 5 percent post-consumer or 20 percent post-industrial recycled content; porcelain and ceramic tile with specific water absorption rates and breaking strength standards; acoustical ceiling materials with sound absorption ratings; resilient flooring with electrical conductivity specifications; and HVAC equipment with BACnet direct digital control systems. Materials must comply with environmental standards including CDPH Section 01350 emissions limits and indoor air quality certifications (Greenguard Gold or equivalent). Installation requirements reference ASTM standards, manufacturer instructions, and code compliance. The specifications mandate comprehensive submittals including shop drawings, product data, test reports, and certifications for government approval, with particular emphasis on cybersecurity for facility-related control systems across fire/life safety, building control, and electronic security systems.
