About this file
This document contains a skill classification crosswalk template and instructions for a federal contract opportunity for Hydra-70 Rocket System production and engineering services.
The crosswalk template is to be filled out by an offeror to show how its general labor categories map to the required project labor categories for the opportunity, including describing each general category and demonstrating it meets minimum education and experience levels.
The federal contract opportunity is for the U.S. Army to award a single-source hybrid firm-fixed-price and cost-type contract for five years for production hardware and engineering services related to the Hydra-70 Rocket System and its variants. The Hydra-70 Rocket System is a family of 2.75-inch unguided rockets employed on rotary and fixed-wing aircraft by the U.S. military and foreign partners. The contract will cover procurement of various Hydra-70 rockets, warheads, containers and associated components as well as engineering services to maintain the system's capabilities. The anticipated release date for the request for proposal was August 20, 2018.
