3.CPFF Labor Rate Table

Attachment 0007- CPFF Labor Rate Table
Solicitation No. W31P4Q-17-R-0046
Prime Contractor Name:
CAGE Code:
STEP 3: COMPLETE THE "CPFF LABOR RATE TABLE".
"CPFF Labor Rate Table" worksheet: The Offeror shall complete the "CPFF Labor Rate Table." The Offeror shall provide the details of the proposed CPFF blended (prime/subcontract) ceiling labor rates and their build-up to include the base labor rate, subcontract labor rate, and applicable indirect rates/burdens proposed in accordance with the Offeror's normal accounting practice.
NOTE 1: The offeror shall show the crosswalk of the Government Project Labor Categories to the Offeror's Contractor General Labor Categories and assign weightings to each Contractor General Labor Category to show the calculation of the weighted hourly composite rate in Column E for each Government Project Labor Category. The crosswalk provided in Column B should match that shown in the "Conversion Table" worksheet. Input formulas to show how the crosswalk from the "Conversion Table" worksheet are used to calculate the CPFF Ceiling Rates.
NOTE 2: The prime offeror shall input the prime offeror's base labor rate for each proposed labor category. The base labor rate is the actual base hourly rate paid to the employee EXCLUSIVE of indirects/burdens and fee. The rates in this column should match the ordering period labor rates taken from Columns L through P of the "Conversion Table" worksheet. Input formulas to show how the ordering period labor rates from the "Conversion Table" worksheet are used to calculate the CPFF Ceiling Rates.
NOTE 3: Apply any applicable indirect burdens to the proposed rates in accordance with the Offeror's normal accounting practices. Identify the name of the indirect burden (Row 18) and the indirect rate percentage (Row 19) being applied to proposed costs. These rates shall match the ordering period rates from Columns L through P of the "ConversionTable" worksheet. Input/update formulas to show how the ordering period indirect burdens from the "Conversion Table" worksheet are used to calculate the CPFF Ceiling Rates.
NOTE 4: Assign a weighting to the Weighted Hourly Composite Base Rate (Column E) and the Subcontractor Labor Rate with Pass-Through. The sum of all weightings shall equal 100 percent.
NOTE 5: The rate in this column should match the Subcontractor Labor Rate with Prime Pass-Through in Column F of the "PrimeSubLaborRatePassThrough" worksheets and should represent the subcontractor's fully burdened rate INCLUSIVE of the prime contractor's pass-through indirect rates/burdens and profit.
