This request for proposal and price data sheets outline requirements for fuel delivery services to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency across nine regions of the United States. The contractor shall provide rapid deployment of diesel, gasoline, propane and jet fuel via truck or barge to designated FEMA sites within each region to support disaster response and recovery efforts. Pricing is required on an hourly or daily basis for truck, barge and port transportation of fuel assets to locations in each region, along with biannual readiness fees. Delivery times must also be provided for fuel deliveries to specific locations in Regions 2, 9 and 10, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. The Defense Logistics Agency - Energy will establish contingency contracts with suppliers in each FEMA region to fulfill fuel requirements in support of emergency relief efforts as requested by FEMA.
