In order to provide critical fuel support during disasters and emergencies, DLA Energy will establish contingency contracts in each FEMA region to purchase and transport fuel to sites designated by authorized FEMA officials, with top priority given to supporting FEMA regions specified in section 7. Requirements may also include support for tribal governments and U.S. territories through FEMA assistance.
