Hourly Transportation Rate
XXX-THM-TRAN-TRUCK
Truck Hours (TH) Estimated Daily Usage: 24 Hours Hourly Truck Rate (TH) only: $____________
The hourly truck rate is an all inclusive rate that includes idle time, detention, transportation, fuel operations, etc. for a Tank Wagon (TW) or Tank Truck (TT). Additional charges for offloading, dispensing fuel, additional labor, service trucks are not allowed.
The time for the fixed hourly truck rate begins upon issuance of order directing contractor to move product to FEMA ISB.
Further direction will come from a designated FEMA Fuels Task Monitor (FTM). The time for the fixed hourly truck rate stops accumulating 48 hours after deactivation by designated FEMA Fuels Task Monitor (FTM).

Daily Barge 24 Hours (DBH) Estimated Daily Usage: 24 Hours Daily Barge Rate (DBR) only: $____________
The daily barge rate is an all inclusive rate that includes idle time, detention, transportation, fuel operations, etc. for deliverying Tank Wagon (TW) or Tank Truck (TT) to FEMA Incident Support Bases (ISB) destination. Additional charges for offloading, additional labor, service trucks are not allowed. The time for the fixed daily barge rate begins upon loading of equipement (TW and/or TT) issuance of order directing contractor to move product to FEMA ISB. Further direction will come from a designated FEMA Fuels Task Monitor (FTM). The time for the fixed daily barge rate stops accumulating once all equipement is offloaded after deactivation by designated FEMA Ordering Officer.”
XXX-THM-TRAN-TRUCK - PORT/BARGE
Truck Hours in Transit (THT) Estimated Daily Usage: 24 Hours Hourly Track rate in Transit (THT) only: $____________
The fixed truck rate in transit is regarding when the trucks (TW and/or TT) enter the Port location awaiting inspection and/or loading and unloading on/off the barge for transportation to FEMA degsinated Incident Support Base (ISB) destination. The hourly truck rate is an all inclusive rate that includes idle time, operations, etc. for a Tank Wagon (TW) or Tank Truck (TT). Additional charges for offloading, dispensing fuel, additional labor, detention, transportation, service trucks are not allowed.
