Government Response
1 Section B is missing sub-CLINs and dollar values for equipment replacement at North Island, CA (FRCSW) in Ordering Periods 4 and 5, i.e. no sub-CLIN 3009AC or 4009AC.
Was this an oversight, since at least some equipment replacement can be expected in Ordering Periods 4 and 5?
RFP Pgs. 19 & 23 RFP Section L-28 The Government did not plan for equipment replacement in periods 4 and 5. The majority of the equipment identified for potential replacement is planned for the first 3 ordering periods. There are no known requirements for periods 4 & 5. Hence it is not an error that subclins 3009AC and 4009AC are not reflected in either section B or L of the RFP.
