About this file

This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines reporting requirements for a federal contract to provide chemical management and third-party logistics services to the Defense Logistics Agency in support of Fleet Readiness Centers. The contractor must submit monthly requests for reimbursement of never-out hazardous materials using an Excel format report. This report must identify inventory with expiring shelf lives and be submitted within five business days of the previous month's end. The contracting officer representative will review for reasonableness and approve in PDF format for disposal within five calendar days and proof of disposal within two additional days. The report must include national stock numbers, descriptions, unit prices, quantities, expiration dates, receipt dates, serial numbers for expired items, and batch/lot numbers along with a reason for and details of expiration/disposal. The contractor will submit the original report to the COR with copies to the acquisition specialist and technical point of contact.
