Government Response
1 The RFP limits file size for email attachments to 6 megabytes for proposals transmitted via email. Can the Government confirm this 6-megabyte electronic file size limit does not apply to files submitted via an offeror’s file sharing system if the Government can successfully download the files from the offeror’s file sharing system?
RFP Pg. 92 RFP Section L-28 It is confirmed that the 6 MB file size limit does not apply to an offerors file sharing system as long as the file sharing system can accommodate larger file sizes and the Government is able to successfully download the submitted files from the offerors file sharing system and the files are IAW any page limitation requirements as stipulated in Section L of the RFP.
