About this file
This document is the Evaluation Criteria section of solicitation FA8121-26-R-0010, which outlines the Government's approach to awarding contracts under a T56 JFOC MAC IDIQ vehicle.
The Government intends to award this requirement to all technically qualified vendors, though it reserves the right to award no contract at all. The primary evaluation factor is Technical Qualification, which requires all vendors to be qualified in accordance with Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR) and listed as an approved source on the AFMC 762 – Contract Repair Screening Analysis Worksheet for at least one module prior to contract award. Vendors already on the approved sources list or those submitting qualification packages by the solicitation close date will be evaluated; however, the Government reserves the right not to delay award to accommodate new qualification submissions. Approved vendors must still meet responsibility standards under RFO 9.104 and R-DFARS 209.105-1, including assessment of price and performance risk. Additionally, all offerors must complete a notice of intent to participate, meet applicable clauses and representations/certifications in the solicitation, and comply with all solicitation terms and conditions. Past performance records will be assessed via Government databases as a standard for determining contractor responsibility. The minimum guaranteed task order is $500.00, representing a virtual post-award conference via Microsoft Teams; this is not a requirements contract, and contractors are not guaranteed any additional task orders beyond this minimum.
