About this file

This document is a definitions appendix (Attachment C) from a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the T56 contract, dated 29 October 2024. It provides standardized terminology and definitions for contract administration, maintenance operations, quality assurance, and property management.

The definitions encompass key personnel roles including the Administrative Contracting Officer, Procurement Contracting Officer, Lead Supply Planner/Production Management Specialist, and Contractor Program/Project Manager. Maintenance-related terms define three Air Force maintenance concepts: Organizational Level (O-level), Intermediate Level (I-level), and Depot Level (D-level), along with Two Level Maintenance (2LM) and Three Level Maintenance (3LM) frameworks. The document distinguishes between Repair, Overhaul, and Remanufacture processes, each requiring specific disassembly, inspection, and testing procedures per Technical Orders. Quality and defect classifications are detailed, including Critical, Major, and Minor Nonconformance categories, with definitions of Quality Deficiency, Quality Audit/Spot Check, and Deficiency Reports using SF 368 format. Property classifications include Government Furnished Materials (GFM), Contractor Furnished Material (CFM), and Government Property. Additional definitions address specific engine components, Federal Holidays, Hazardous Materials, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) processes. End items referenced are CLINs X010–X122, which the contractor returns to serviceable condition.
