Exhibit Questions and Answers During Conference
Question #1 ‐ Do the Mock Ups need to occur in St. Louis?
Answer: Yes, the contract currently states that the fabrication contractor rent a facility in St. Louis for the duration of the contract to include but not limited to a place for Mock Ups. Refer to Section C, Part
E. Project Management, Number 11 – St. Louis Staging and Review Facility.
Question #2 – Can the 5 years relevant experience sated in the evaluation factor be changed to 10‐12 years?
Answer: The Contracting Officer will conduct market research to determine the amount of projects that have been awarded over the last 10 years to determine an appropriate time period for evaluations. If a change is made it will be reflected in an upcoming modification.
Question #3 – Are the following attachments (Attachment‐Q_FMSS_ComponentInventoryForm &
Attachment‐R_FMSS_ComponentInventorySample) required to be submitted with the proposal, what is the purpose of them?
Answer: Those two attachments are required to be filled out after the job is completed. It is an inventory form to be completed and priced out during/after job is completed. Not required in proposal submission.
