MEETING AGENDA
I. WELCOME TO THE PRE PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT FOR THE NASF, NV BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT CONTRACT (BOSC).

Chris Jennen and Christine Roundy are the Contract Specialists for the pre-award portion of the solicitation.
III. PURPOSE: This pre-proposal conference/site visit is intended to provide an opportunity to discuss the project scope and the solicitation.
IV. OPENING STATEMENT:
NOTHING STATED DURING THE COURSE OF THIS CONFERENCE WILL BE INTERPRETED BY THE NAVY OR SHOULD BE INTERPRETED BY THE PROPOSERS; TO MODIFY THE WRITTEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP).
ATTENDEES ARE ADVISED THAT WRITTEN OR VERBATIM QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS OF THIS CONFERENCE WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED. HOWEVER, ANY CLARIFICATION OR CORRECTION OF THE RFP, AS A RESULT OF DISCUSSIONS DURING THE CONFERENCE, WILL BE ISSUED AS A FORMAL AMENDMENT TO THE RFP. IN THE EVENT THE ISSUANCE OF AN AMENDMENT IS NECESSARY AS A RESULT OF THIS CONFERENCE, IT WILL BE PROMPTLY ISSUED TO ALL VIA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THEY ATTENDED THE CONFERENCE.
V. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The scope of the project is to provide all material and labor for the following project: BOSC at NAVAL AIR STATION FALLON, NV
VI. PROCUREMENT PROCESS
-This is a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) performance based type contract, which is comprised of both recurring and non-recurring work items.
100% 8a set-aside.
Some information from the RFP:
Base period is anticipated to be 6-months: April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 In addition, there will be four (4) 12-month option periods, an additional 6-month option period, and the 6-month extension, in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.

| Anticipated award date will allow for a 60-day phase in. |
Please read section L, as it has the full instructions for Offerors. Section M dictates how we will review your proposals during the Source Selection process.
-Send all Requests for Information (RFIs) to Chris Jennen and Chris Roundy via email at christopher.j.jennen.civ@us.navy.mil and christine.a.roundy.civ@us.navy.mil. The cut-off date for submitting RFIs is Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time.
-Post award administration will be done from FEAD FALLON.

A. Address any questions that have formally been submitted in writing (if applicable).
B. Panel is now open for any questions/comments from the floor (audience).
VIII. CLOSING STATEMENT:
AS STATED PREVIOUSLY, NOTHING STATED DURING THIS CONFERENCE SHOULD BE INTERPRETED BY THE ATTENDEES TO MODIFY THE WRITTEN TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE RFP.
ATTENDEES ARE ADVISED AGAIN THAT WRITTEN OR VERBATIM QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS OF THE CONFERENCE WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED. HOWEVER, ANY CLARIFICATION OR CORRECTION OF THE RFP, AS A RESULT OF THIS CONFERENCE, WILL BE ISSUED AS A FORMAL AMENDMENT TO THE RFP AND WILL BE PROMPTLY ISSUED TO ALL FIRMS IN RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ATTENDED THE CONFERENCE OR NOT.
