About this file
This document outlines revisions to construction plans and specifications for the P1395 SOF Marine Raider Regiment Headquarters project at Marine Corps Air Station Camp Lejeune. Key details include:
-
The project constructs 2,788 square meters of headquarters facilities including supporting structures, utilities, parking, roadways, sidewalks and site work. Revisions update boring logs, stormwater management details, erosion control plans, construction sequencing and stabilization timeframes.
-
The solicitation is issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command on behalf of the Department of the Navy for construction of the project in accordance with anti-terrorism standards and sustainable building requirements. Special construction features include soil surcharge loads and stormwater best management practices. Electrical, mechanical and information systems are also within scope.
-
Revisions to plans and specifications support compliance with regulatory permitting requirements and improve stormwater management through an enlarged level spreader, filter strip and emergency spillway. Construction sequencing clarifies stabilization and landscaping obligations.
