About this file
This is Attachment J.32, a Relevant Corporate Experience form required for federal contract proposals. Offerors must submit three completed contracts or projects from the past five years, with at least one being an installation project. The three projects must represent three different types of design and/or installation work selected from six classifications: Engine Generators (20 kW or larger), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (40 kVA or larger), Fuel Storage Tank Systems (250 gallons or larger with environmental monitoring), Underground Electrical Line Distribution cabling (minimum 1,000 feet with splicing and terminations) or low voltage conduit systems (500 feet with handholes), Alternative Energy Systems (1 kW or larger), and Lightning Protection, Grounding, Bonding and Shielding systems (requiring three of five main components).
The form requires offerors to document geographic support experience across at least three Continental United States regions and at least one Outside Continental United States location, with specific regional areas defined by FAA airport regions. Offerors must complete vendor information blocks including company name, email address, contract numbers, issuing offices, estimated contract values, periods of performance, and places of performance, then provide detailed information for each qualifying project including project title, contract selection, design/installation designation, start and completion dates, and facility type. The submission must be an independent PDF with no attachments, and the estimated value references example contracts only, not the current proposal cost. If work was performed on a task order, both the task order number and base/parent contract number must be referenced. Block 2 must contain a single email address for the authorized company representative.
