About this file
This document includes a past performance questionnaire for a federal solicitation seeking power systems installation and design services. The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting proposals for design, installation, and maintenance of power systems and ancillary equipment to include engine generators, uninterruptible power supplies, electrical distribution equipment, fuel storage tanks, and underground power cable distribution systems. Offerors must identify relevant past performance for evaluation and provide this questionnaire to those customers to assess performance on programs involving these products and services. Proposals for Phase I are due by March 10, 2021 via email to the contracting officer. The past performance questionnaire requires customers to evaluate and assign ratings to offerors on categories including program management, design services, installation services, and an overall recommendation.
