Block 11 - Not later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the program management review.
Block 12 - The Contractor must submit the annual program management report not later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the program management review.
Upon request from the COR, the Contractor must submit additional program management reports no less than quarterly, but not more frequently than weekly and at no additional cost to the Government.
Block 13 - The Contractor must update and submit the annual program management report not later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to program management reviews, unless otherwise directed by the Government.
