About this file
This document is a checklist for reviewing small business subcontracting plans submitted in response to federal contract opportunities. It requires contractors to provide goals for subcontracting to various categories of small businesses, including small disadvantaged businesses, women-owned small businesses, veteran-owned small businesses, and HUBZone small businesses. Contractors must describe the types of products and services to be subcontracted to small businesses, as well as their methods for developing subcontracting goals and identifying potential small business sources. The checklist also mandates assurances that contractors will flow down subcontracting requirements to any subcontractors and report semi-annually on subcontracting activity. It relates to solicitation number N40027-23-R-0010 from the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command for work related to barge YFNX-20 NPTU.
