About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation FA857125Q0045 that clarifies details about ISO9001/AS9110 external registration services for Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC). The document confirms this is a follow-on contract to FA8571-22-P-0079, currently held by ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc., with certification expiring March 2025.
Key clarifications include: WR-ALC recently completed a recertification audit in September and is awaiting certification pending technical review; AS9100 certification is being added specifically for manufacturing areas only; and the certification scope includes "Mechanical Design" which remains correct despite its removal from the PWS. The services will cover approximately 6,000 personnel engaged in depot level maintenance production, manufacturing facilities and laboratories for Air Force equipment and aircraft maintenance.

Sheet1
| Is this a new requirement? Or is there an incumbent contract/contractor currently performing the services? Would you be able to share the contract details for reference? | This is a follow on contract. Current contract is FA8571-22-P-0079 awarded to ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. |
| The cert will be expiring on March 23, 2025, I believe you have already had a recertification, but the OASIS system hasn’t been updated is this correct? If this is the case PRI would not be able to transfer Cert. until it is published if we are awarded. | We just had our recertification audit last September and are waiting that certification. All non-conformities have been answered, just waiting on technical review. |
| The Cert. does not mention AS9100 is this something that was added during your current Recertification audit or should we treat the solicitation for AS9100 portion as new at initial days meaning you are adding it at Surveillance 1. Also, the supplies or services & prices or costs does not reference AS9100. | We are adding AS9100 to our manufacturing areas only. |
| The scope on your Cert. lists “Mechanical Design” but in the PWS it has been removed. If this is the case, then are you removing design responsibility? | The Cert scope is correct scope. |
