All pricing must be all-inclusive, covering freight, delivery, travel, labor, materials, and overhead. BRC staff must accompany supplier personnel at all times during on-site work. Services must comply with manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules and OEM repair procedures, with service completion reports due within three days. Non-emergency repairs require 24-hour response; emergency service must be provided within 48 to 72 hours.
The contract term is one year from award with options for successive 12-month extensions for a maximum aggregate term of five years. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with Commercial General Liability coverage of $2 million general aggregate and $1 million per occurrence before commencing work.
