About this file

This document is a DD Form 254, which outlines the security requirements for a contract to provide C-130 aircraft depot maintenance services. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance, Programmed Depot Maintenance, and Mid-Cycle Paint for C-130 aircraft. The five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will utilize firm fixed price and other pricing arrangements including cost reimbursement for travel, fuel, and over and above work. Offerors are required to have a facility security clearance at the secret level as a minimum. Access is needed to classified information up to the secret level, with select non-SCI intelligence information also requiring protection.
