About this file
This document provides details for an anticipated Request for Proposal for C-130 Contract Depot Maintenance and Mid-Cycle Paint services. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base plans to issue an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for five years to address overflow C-130 Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance and Programmed Depot Maintenance that cannot be completed organically. The contract will predominantly utilize firm fixed pricing, but will also include cost reimbursement arrangements for travel and fuel as well as time and materials for over and above work. The solicitation seeks a best value award to a single contractor located within the continental United States to provide the maintenance and paint services.
