MEMORANDUM FOR INTERESTED CAF CAS PARTIES
FROM: Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration
Center (AMIC)
SUBJECT: Solicitation No. FA4890-17-R-0007 - Combat Air Forces (CAF) Contracted Air
Services (CAS) Proposal Writing Conference & Open Forum.
1. HQ ACC AMIC will be hosting a Proposal Writing Conference and Open Forum briefing covering the updated CAS requirement on Thursday, 24 May 2018. The purpose of the Proposal Writing Conference is for the Government to communicate the intent of the elements within the updated draft Request for Proposals (RFP) that have been posted to
FBO.
2. The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza – Hampton Marina, 700 Settlers Landing
Road, Hampton, VA 23669. The following tentative agenda is provided for your convenience:
24 May 2018
8:00 – 8:30am - Registration
8:30am – 12:00pm - Proposal Preparation Conference Ms. Tiffany Bray
AMIC/DRXA
12:00 – 1:30pm - LUNCH BREAK
1:30 – 3:00pm
- CCAS Open Forum Briefing

3. If you have questions prior to this meeting, please submit them in writing via email to the
CAF CAS inbox (ACCAMIC.DRX.AdversaryAir@us.af.mil) no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday, 14 May 2018, and mark anything you consider proprietary. The Government will consider industry’s feedback and may further refine documents for final posting.
4. Each company is limited to four (4) attendees per company. All requests to attend must be submitted via email to the CAF CAS inbox (ACCAMIC.DRX.AdversaryAir@us.af.mil) no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on Monday, 14 May 2018. Please use the title “[Company
Name] – CAF CAS Proposal Writing Conference & Open Forum Attendees” in the email subject line. In addition, please include the following information in your e-mail:

- Name of each individual attending, his or her contact number, and email address
