APPENDIX D - GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT
(APPLICABLE AT THE TASK ORDER LEVEL)
The Contractor shall only have access to Government equipment, support, or services listed herein. The Government may provide additional assistance on a case-by-case basis for unusual circumstances, through coordination and approval by the assigned GGR. The following applies to on-base OLs only, unless specifically identified to include off-base OLs.
D.1. Fuel Systems Repair. The Contractor shall have access to the fuel cell facility and/or certified fuel system maintenance ramp space, up to 10 hours per month, on a non-interference basis. The Contractor shall provide all support equipment and consumable products.
D.1.1. Aircraft External Fuel Tank Storage. The Contractor shall have access to a storage area for external fuel tanks (assume 600 gallon standard), if required.
D.2. Hydraulics Systems Repair. On a non-interference basis, OL personnel shall provide hydraulic components (tubing and hoses) testing support to the Contractor utilizing hydraulic test stand. The Contractor is authorized OL hydraulics personnel support for 10 man-hours support per month.
D.3. Liquid Oxygen/Gaseous Oxygen (LOX/GOX) support (if assigned). OL personnel shall service the Contractor’s equipment with LOX/GOX products during locally prescribed periods.
OL personnel shall not perform maintenance/inspections on the Contractor’s LOX/GOX equipment.
D.4. Corrosion Control/Paint Barn. On a non-interference basis, OL personnel shall provide support, including supplies, for painting of the Contractor’s off-aircraft parts/components. Full aircraft corrosion control/painting is not authorized. The Contractor is authorized OL personnel support for up to 18 hours per month.
D.5. Aircraft Wash Rack. On a non-interference basis, and in accordance with the OL’s shared resources schedule, the Contractor shall be authorized 2 aircraft per month and up to 6 hours per aircraft. The Contractor shall provide all supplies and consumable products to perform its aircraft washes.
D.6. Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE). On a non-interference basis, the Contractor shall have access to the OL’s AFE workspace/equipment and personnel support for egress and drogue parachutes repairs. The OL’s AFE shop will provide the support for 4 egress and 6 drogue parachutes per month.
D.7. Hangar Dock: The Government shall provide 1 hangar spot to be used by the Contractor only for unscheduled major aircraft maintenance in instances where the aircraft is hard-broke and cannot be flown to the Contractor’s facilities.
D.8. Aircraft Structural Maintenance. On a non-interference basis, the Government’s personnel shall provide support (may include materials) for up to 16 man-hours per month. Support includes sheet metal and tubing fabrication tasks (all technical drawings required).
D.9. Non-destructive Inspection (NDI). The Government shall process JOAP samples only.

D.10. Metals Technology. On a non-interference basis, the Government shall provide in-shop support (no flightline dispatch), which may include materials, for up to 10 man-hours per month.
Support includes welding and machine shop tasks (all technical drawing required).
D.11. Crashed, Damaged, or Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR)
D.11.1. The Government shall provide response/recovery services and on-scene management of all covered incidents.
D.11.2. The Contractor shall provide technical advisor(s) and Contractor aircraft-specific equipment to assist the Government for all CDDAR events involving Contractor owned aircraft.
D.11.3. Aircraft tow operations to clear Contractor aircraft from the active runway, taxiway, and or airfield during a CDDAR event will be provided and conducted by the Contractor with Government assistance as required.
D.12. Communications
D.12.1. The Government shall provide up to 5 UNCLASSIFIED computers (total) and associated LAN access for operations and maintenance predominately for flight scheduling/planning, information sharing/coordination, and oversight.
D.12.2. The Government shall provide IT support via the USAF trouble ticket system.
D.12.3. The Government shall provide up to 5 desk phones.
D.13. Land Mobile Radio (LMR)
D.13.1. The Government shall provide up to 5 LMRs and associated trunking service, per OL
D.14. Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) The Government shall provide MOC support for:
D.14.1. Flightline control for safety, security, and integration with OL operations.
D.14.2. Coordination with OL supported activities such as line-delivery, fueling operations, fire response, and shared facilities.
D.14.3. Status tracking of all GFE provided pods and CATMs.
D.15. UHF/VHF:
D.15.1. The Government shall not provide UHF/VHF radios to the Contractor.
D.15.2. The Contractor shall work frequency de-confliction via the base spectrum management processes for Contractor-provided radios; or, D.15.3. Access UHF/VHF through integration with host OL operations unit/squadron, where available.
D.16. Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). No HAZMAT product services (pharmacy) are provided by the Government. The Contractor is authorized access to centralized HAZMAT collections points for disposal of hazardous waste.

D.17. Fuel. The Government shall provide fuel for Contractor aircraft, support equipment, and flightline special purpose vehicles. The Government shall deliver fuel to the Contractor’s aircraft upon request. The Contractor is responsible for performing fueling operations for their aircraft. Fuel for the Contractor’s support equipment and special purpose flightline vehicles are provided by the OL Aerospace Ground Equipment Flight’s organizational fuel tanks and the Base Gas Station, respectively.
D.18. Classified Storage
D.18.1. The Government shall provide access to Government classified operations following appropriate security clearance validation procedures.
D.18.2. The Contractor shall be authorized to use one SECRET storage safe in the primary operations GFE facility.
D.19. Captive Air Training Missile (CATM)
D.19.1. Government may provide up to 5 CATM-9Ms daily, as coordinated for joint use as a shared OL resource. CATM-9M availability varies by OL and will be determined prior to Task Order (TO) FOPR.
D.19.2. Government shall provide/coordinate for Contractor’s Weapons Task Qualification Manager certification on load procedures to train its personnel.
D.20. P5CTS Pods (on or off-base).
D.20.1. Government may provide P5CTS Pods, as coordinated for joint use as a shared OL resource. P5 CTS availability varies by OL and will be determined prior to TO FOPR.
D.20.2. Government shall provide line-delivery and maintenance of pods.
D.20.3. Contractor shall load/unload pods.
D.21. ALQ-188 Pods (on or off-base).
D.21.1. Government may provide 2 ALQ-188 Pods daily, as coordinated for joint use as a shared OL resource. ALQ-188 availability varies by OL and will be determined prior to TO FOPR.
D.21.2. The Government shall provide delivery/pickup and maintenance of pods.
D.21.3. The Contractor shall load/unload Government provided pods.
D.22. Chaff and Flares.
D.22.1. The Government shall provide the contractor with R-188 chaffs to support contracted operations.
D.22.2. The Government will provide the Contractor with MJU-10, MJU-7, or M-206 flares to support contracted operations.
D.22.3. The Government will provide for line-delivery and build-up of all Government-provided chaff and flare.
D.22.4. The Contractor will load/unload Government provided chaff and flare.
