About this file
This is a clarification request letter from the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) to Prodigy Healthcare LLC regarding RFP BPM007036 for Community Accountability Program Services for Community Corrections. The clarification request, issued on September 10, 2025, addresses a specific deficiency in Prodigy Healthcare's proposal submission. The ADCRR requested that Prodigy Healthcare clarify the unit of measure listed on the price line items in their pricing schedule. The deadline for submitting the requested clarification was September 15, 2025, at close of business. The correspondence was directed to Larry Tharp at Prodigy Healthcare's Mesa, Arizona office.
The clarification request indicates that the ADCRR was actively evaluating Prodigy Healthcare's proposal and identified pricing documentation that required additional specificity regarding measurement units. This type of targeted clarification is standard procurement practice and suggests the proposal was otherwise substantive enough to warrant detailed evaluation. Brianda Romero, Senior Procurement Specialist at ADCRR, served as the primary contact for the solicitation and was available to address any additional questions or concerns regarding the clarification request.
