About this file
This document is an Annex B Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) for Supply operations at Picatinny Arsenal, detailing specific task requirements, standards, sampling methods, and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) for various supply chain and logistics functions. The comprehensive document covers multiple supply-related activities including property book accountability, inventory management, hazardous material control, equipment processing, and fuel operations, with each task having defined timeliness expectations and quality standards.
Key operational areas include maintaining property book documentation, processing equipment turn-ins, managing sensitive and special controlled items, handling hazardous materials, performing inventory adjustments, processing supply requests, maintaining warehouse operations, and managing fuel storage. The document establishes precise performance metrics, such as processing turn-in documents within 1 business day, maintaining 95-100% compliance for most tasks, and ensuring adherence to specific Army regulations like AR 710-2, AR 385-10, and other relevant directives. The sampling methods are predominantly random sampling, with lot sizes varying based on the specific task being evaluated.
