About this file
This document is an Appendix A Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) for the EAGLE Picatinny Arsenal contract, detailing performance standards across three functional areas: Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation for the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM).
The PRS outlines specific contractor requirements with detailed performance metrics, sampling methods, and acceptable quality levels (AQL) for each functional area. In Supply, contractors must process receipt documents, handle sensitive items, and maintain customer signature cards with 90% accuracy. Maintenance services include managing work orders, performing equipment inspections, and completing repairs for tactical and non-tactical vehicles, with quality metrics ranging from 90-95% AQL. Transportation services involve inspecting and dispatching vehicles, coordinating maintenance, and operating support equipment, with performance standards focused on timely response and compliance with Army regulations. The contract requires using approved Logistics Information Systems (LIS) for tracking and reporting across all functional areas.
