About this file

This document contains a submittal list and review estimate template for a federal construction project to rehabilitate water and wastewater systems at Acadia National Park in Maine. The template provides instructions for completing submittal requirements for over 100 construction submittals across various specification sections. It also includes an estimate of the review time required from multiple engineering disciplines to evaluate action submittals. The related solicitation is for design and construction services for Project ACAD 312255 with the goal of rehabilitating the Schoodic water system. Engineering firms would use this template to estimate the level of effort needed to review submittals and negotiate the scope of work and pricing for providing construction administration and submittal review services during the project.
