About this file

This document is the Military Sealift Command Managers' Internal Control-Quality Management System Procedures Manual, specifically the job qualification requirements (JQR) for Ship Material Assessment and Readiness Testing (SMART) Inspectors. The JQR requires SMART Inspectors to be familiar with various references, including MOUs, instructions, and regulations pertaining to SMART inspections.
