About this file
This document is a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision (52.225-18) addressing Place of Manufacture requirements for vendors submitting quotations. The provision defines "manufactured end product" across multiple product and service codes (PSCs), excluding specific categories like lumber, agricultural supplies, live animals, and raw materials. Vendors are required to indicate whether their end products are predominantly manufactured in or outside the United States for statistical purposes, by checking the appropriate box on the form. The provision mandates that vendors specify the place where a product is assembled or processed from raw materials, with reassembly not counting as the place of manufacture.

(1) □ In the United States (Check this box if the total anticipated price of offered end products manufactured in the United States exceeds the total anticipated price of offered end products manufactured outside the United States); or
