About this file
This document is a Project Management and Coordination specification section (Section 01 31 00.01) for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project in Grand Junction, CO. The specification details requirements for a web-based Project management software package to be used throughout the project's lifecycle. The required software must provide comprehensive digital project management capabilities, including compilation of project data, access control, document workflow planning, tracking of project communications, processing of payment applications and contract modifications, meeting minute distribution, document management, and construction progress photo management.
Key requirements include providing user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and Architect's consultants, delivering eight hours of software training, and creating a digital archive at project completion in a format readable by common desktop software applications. The specified software platforms include Procore, Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange, or equivalent web-based project management software. The document emphasizes mobile device compatibility and security features such as locked markups and preventing further changes to the final project archive.
