About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the Pueblo Pintado Health Center Construction project. The amendment introduces several key changes: the proposal due date is extended to 6 June 2025 at 5 PM MDT, the required building size for technical experience is reduced from 100,000 sqft to 50,000 sqft, and five acres of land will be set aside for temporary housing at no cost to the contractor. Additionally, the mandatory performance period is extended from 730 to 900 calendar days, and the Quality Control specification has been modified to clarify staffing requirements.
The solicitation is for constructing a new 125,884 gross square foot health center serving approximately 6,000 American Indian & Alaskan Natives in New Mexico, located on 108 acres of tribal trust land in Pueblo Pintado. The project will be procured as an unrestricted, full and open competition under NAICS code 236220 with a $45 million size standard. The Indian Health Service intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract, and the solicitation will be evaluated using a Best Value-Tradeoff method. The lease for the Health Center, Staff Quarters, and Lagoon sites is fully executed between the Navajo Nation and IHS, with no associated contract cost.
