About this file
This document is a communication from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regarding one-on-one meetings for a potential Brand New Air Traffic Control System contract (Solicitation Number 693KA7BNATCS). Due to overwhelming interest with over 140 meeting requests, the FAA is limiting one-on-one meetings and requiring companies to demonstrate their qualifications as a potential prime integrator.
To be considered for a meeting, interested companies must submit a response by Monday at 24:00 EST to BrandNewATCSystem@faa.gov, addressing three key areas: 1) commitment to competing as prime integrator, 2) investment in the effort to date, and 3) capability to perform as prime integrator, including past experience with large, complex projects and current financial and employee resources. The FAA will use these responses to determine which companies will be granted one-on-one meetings, with the ultimate goal of selecting a prime integrator for the new air traffic control system.

Text version
We appreciate your interest in a one-on-one meeting with the FAA. Due to the overwhelming response (more than 140 requests for one-on-ones), the FAA must limit the number of one-on-one meetings that it conducts. Therefore, the FAA must consider the ability of all entities that have requested a one-on-one meeting with the FAA to act as the prime integrator before approving one-on-ones. In furtherance of this decision, you must provide the following information to support your requested one-on-one. Therefore, please provide the following information:
Please demonstrate how your company is:
1) Committed to competing for the role of prime integrator for this effort. (Does your organization actually intend to submit a proposal as the prime integrator for this effort?).
2) Committed to being the prime integrator for this effort (for example, what have you invested so far in terms of resources and time?).
3) Capable of performing the role as prime integrator, including describing your organization’s past experience where your organization took the lead with projects of significant size, scope, and complexity.
Also describe what is your company's current financial and employee resources that could support this project?
This response is due to the FAA by Monday at 24:00 EST.
The FAA will use these answers to determine which companies to meet with. Please submit responses to BrandNewATCSystem@faa.gov
