About this file
This is a Trade Agreements Certificate (FAR 52.225-6) form that requires offerors to certify whether their end products are U.S.-made or designated country end products. The form is part of a VA solicitation (36C77025Q0095) for pharmaceutical supplies, specifically Ferrous Sulfate 324mg EC tablets in 100-count bottles, to be delivered to multiple CMOP locations.
The solicitation requires vendors to complete this certificate as part of their quote submission, along with the SF1449, Price Schedule in Excel format, and state wholesale distributor license. Vendors must list any end products that are not U.S.-made or designated country products, including the line item number and country of origin. The government will evaluate offers according to FAR Part 25, considering only U.S.-made or designated country end products unless the Contracting Officer determines there are no such offers or they are insufficient to meet requirements.
