About this file

This is a Schedule of Values specification document (Section 01370) for ITB No. 26-403/DL, issued by a Florida authority for the Rehabilitation of Manholes, Sanitary Stations and Wet Wells - Phased Projects. The project requires a licensed and authorized Warren Environmental products applicator with a minimum of five years' experience to rehabilitate twenty-six manholes, thirteen detection stations, two pump stations, five sanitary lift stations, and replace eleven manhole covers and rims in Class I and Class III landfill leachate collection systems. The work includes cleaning and protective coatings across phased projects. The contract is structured for an initial two-year period with the option to renew for an additional one-year term at the authority's sole discretion. Bidders must submit questions and seek clarifications through Bonfire by specified deadlines, and all bid responses must be submitted electronically through Bonfire with confirmation of receipt required for validity.

The contractor must submit a detailed Schedule of Values within ten calendar days after the effective date of the agreement, allocating values to various work portions and identifying each line item with the corresponding specification section. The schedule shall include directly proportional overhead and profit for each item, with sub-schedules of unit material costs and quantities for stored products. The sum of all values must equal the total Contract Sum. For materials requested as progress payments, invoices must be provided with the first payment request in which materials appear, and paid invoices are required by the second payment request or payment will be withheld and potentially deleted. The schedule format must be submitted on standard 8.5 by 11 or 8.5 by 14 inch white paper identifying the project title, location, owner, project number, contractor information, and contract designation.
