About this file
This is a Project Meetings specification document for ITB No. 26-403/DL, issued by a Florida authority for the Rehabilitation of Manholes, Sanitary Stations and Wet Wells - Phased Projects. The scope of work encompasses rehabilitation of twenty-six manholes, thirteen detection stations, two pump stations, replacement of eleven manhole covers and rims in Class I and Class III landfill leachate collection systems, and five sanitary lift stations, including cleaning and protective coatings. The contractor must be a licensed and authorized Warren Environmental products applicator with a minimum of five years' experience. The contract will be structured as a phased project with an initial two-year term and an option to renew for an additional one-year period at the authority's sole discretion. Bidders must submit responses electronically through Bonfire by specified deadlines, with all questions and clarifications submitted through the same platform.
The specification establishes mandatory meeting protocols throughout the project lifecycle, including a pre-construction meeting scheduled no later than ten calendar days after the effective agreement date, regular progress meetings every thirty days following the pre-construction meeting or notice to proceed, and weekly construction progress meetings. The pre-construction and progress meeting agendas must address construction progress, deliveries, subcontractor activities, work schedules, submittals, design and permitting issues, potential change orders, and payment applications. Contractor representatives attending meetings must be qualified and authorized to act on behalf of their respective entities, and the owner will prepare agendas, arrange facilities, preside over meetings, and distribute minutes within fifteen working days of each meeting. The contractor is responsible for providing current submittal logs and updated construction schedules at each progress meeting in accordance with Sections 01300 and 01310 of the contract documents.
