Material cases include those related to similar work sought under the current solicitation, allegations of fraud, negligence, error, omissions, or malpractice, vendor default or termination of prior contracts, the vendor's financial condition including bankruptcy proceedings, and criminal proceedings concerning business-related offenses involving the vendor or its principals. Additionally, vendors must disclose any cases involving proposed subcontractors or subconsultants against the County during the five years prior to the solicitation response.

For each material case, vendors must provide complete information including case number, case name, filing date, court or tribunal name, case type, claims and causes of action, subject matter description, case disposition, judgment status, and contact information for opposing counsel.
